When you pay online at Giggleberries and are prompted during the checkout process to enter your bank card details the process at this point is then handled by Sage Pay, which is our chosen online payment gateway provider.

Why do you use a payment gateway provider?

This is common practice and is the most secure way for online shops to take payment over the internet from its customers. The vast majority of online shops will use a trusted and secure payment gateway provider.

Does Giggleberries get to see my bank or card details?

NO, and we prefer it this way because it is safer for our customer and provides piece of mind for us to know that we never have to know your bank or card details.

If you don't know my bank or card details how to you take payment?

This is because when you get to the part of the checkout process where you are prompted to enter your bank and card details, you are actually providing them to Sage Pay, who will deal with the payment process on our behalf.

Thus, we never get to see your bank or card details as they are handled securely by Sage Pay

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. We will always help customers to place and pay for their order, even if they prefer to do so by phone.

However, we encourage customers to pay online as this is much more secure for them.

By paying over the phone you are disclosing all of your bank and card details, which Giggleberries would otherwise not see if you paid online.
