Do I have the right to cancel my order?In the European Union you are entitled to a cooling-off period of seven business days and can cancel your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods.
How do I cancel my order?
You must give written notice to Giggleberries.co.uk by post or email, giving your full name, delivery address and details of the goods ordered at;

Can I cancel by phone?
Notification by phone is not sufficient.
What if my goods have already been dispatched?
If you choose to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched then you will be required to return the goods to Giggleberries.co.uk at the above address unworn, undamaged and still in their packaging with all the manufacturers labels attached.
Who pays the postage for returning the goods if they have already been dispatched?
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us and the cost of doing so, unless the goods are faulty.
When do I receive the refund?
As soon as we receive notification that you wish to cancel your order, Giggleberries.co.uk will refund your account within 30 days for the sum you were charged for the items ordered.
In the case of items that have already been dispatched we will refund your account once we are in receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of receiving them.
